As a Small Business Owner you should not be going it alone in this time. That is why we’re here to help you and your business in these times. The program is flexible to the needs of the business, meaning you could access help in:
- developing a crisis management plan
- transitioning your business to selling online
- taking more of the operations of your business online with digital software
- identifying new revenue streams to diversify the business during this time
- marketing and communicating with your customers
- reviewing your cash flow to support your business.
We will help you diagnose the issues with your business and discuss how our subject matter experts can best support you and your business.
There will also be a range of workshops and open discussion panels, where we’ll bring in experts in strategy and resilience, finance and technology, marketing, human resources and mental health to share insights and perspectives for small to medium businesses in our region.
